Protection of Personal Data

The project includes the testing pedagogical material for 32 sessions of Philosophy for Children to ground theoretical research. It also includes filming sessions to produce a dvd-book for further impact outreach and deepen training, research and education in the field.

To respect and guarantee the ethical codes and guidelines of FCT and European Union Research policies, adequate information of project content, practical sessions and persons facilitanting sessions will be given to parents to enable them to give consent in full awareness and knowledge of project.

To guarantee respect and dignity of participation in sessions from the students and teachers involved, the project permission procedure will be submitted to the Ethical Comission of the University of Azores to be aligned with the Ethical Code of the Institution (Art. 11º nº 3). The research team compromises to collect all necessary documentation and make it available for FCT request.
